« The trip was interesting. The check in process would have gone smoother if we had the combination to the lock box. A nice touch would have been if the host had meet us at the property, welcomed us to the property and it would have saved some frustration trying to get into the room. « FIRST thing was no electricity on in the house when we arrived. We immediately called host who did not know why electric was off. We were able to open outside breaker box & turn it on. The place was large & old. We did not see any bugs while there, ac & heat was good. However house was right on Hwy 59, & the traffic noise was LOUD. We had brought a box fan & it did cut down on the noise. It was pet-friendly for our dog. NOW although the house was basically clean, it needs a good deep cleaning,...

« The cabin was exactly like it was described. The room was clean and well decorated. The cabin was right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the water. We were going to go canoeing, but the canoes were too heavy (for females) to carry to the river. There is some traffic noise, but the view and atmosphere makes up for it. We would definitely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »
