« This was my first time staying at an IHG property in over 10 years. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. « Hallways were dirty. Our room needed several repairs. We notified staff, and they knew about needed repairs but didnt offer any compensation, which really should have been done. »
