Family of four. Stayed a couple days, the location was decent and the area was good. A few restaurants in the area, easy access on and off the highway. The hotel, breakfast, and staff was great too.

Dear Joy, I hope you have resolved your payment issue with Hotel.com which is owned by Expedia.com. During my conversation with you and Hotel.com which is owned by Expedia.com, operator had confirmed over the phone with you that they did not charge your card. Please contact your card issuer to confirm this. During our conversation you did not mention any issues with your stay at the hotel itself. After speaking with you on the phone, I texted you as well that you could contact me if it turns out that hotel.com did charge you so I can intervene on your behalf and speak with hotel.com to resolve your payment issue. Not the regular Holiday Inn Experience
The Holiday Inn Express was extremely complex to enter because the main entrance was driving through the BP gas station. They never attempted to clean our room over our 2 day stay and left the trash in front of our room for almost 7hrs

I was didappointed that we tried to use remote for television to put on C.C. there is no C.C. at all. I tried to use shampoo in the shower and the shampoo lid not working. The decaf coffee I detest tasting strong and cold! I’m really disappointed it. I looked for service worker and he / she is not around. Please give their improvement and respect for others pleasure time!

Some of the staff was pleasant others lack social skills. Asked for towels didn’t receive them.. asked for facial tissues replaced they didn’t have any. A lot of nearby places close to Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary. Traffic heavy at times

The walls are very thin. The people in adjoining rooms could be heard well into the morning hours.
Also no hand soap was provided only liquid soap on the shower. The tax on this hotel was 25%. The room was $164 with tax $205.

I apologize the bill was was not explained better. Our taxes aren't that high and if you like I could explain it better for you if you like to reach out. We are trying to have green sustainability. This is why we are using the liquid vs. the onetime use bar.
