The room was spotless and the staff was great I was given a room upgrade to have an awesome view of the lights of the city. With the hotel in the heart of the city its walk distance to all the major attractions

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there
