### Modernized Country House with Rooftop Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

Close to the town of Llucmajor, just a few kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, the Las Piedras holiday home is situated in a rural setting with plenty of privacy. The modernised finca boasts a contemporary living/dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds which have been pushed together to form a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight is the fantastic rooftop terrace furnished with a dining table, where you can relax on recliners and enjoy the fantastic view of the garden of the property, which is brimming with Mallorcan vegetation. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! Llucmajor is 6 km away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The sandy beach of Platja de Palma is 11.6 km or an 18-minute drive away.

#### We gebruikten het huis echt alleen om te slapen

Pros: De airco ivm de hitte. Verder hebben we er alleen maar geslapen. Cons: Eenvoudig maar alles is aanwezig. Aankleding sober, vooral buiten. Als je iets vroeg dan regelde hij het. (Zo onze strandlakens. )

#### Absolut empfehlenswert

Pros: Wir wollten nach 16 Tagen Aufenthalt immer noch nicht wieder weg und ich denke das ist das größte Kompliment. Wir haben uns abseits des Tourismus sehr wohl gefühlt und Manuel ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
