"I booked a hotel seeing the pictures it looked lovely i went and checked in I was told i was not allowed to go in because the keycard was not working so they moved us to a very bad room without notice. The place was filthy noises all night broken tv toilet flush did not work view was disgusting bathtub was so dirty that i could not shower i could not charge my phone blankets were dirty I was promised a late checkout and then that was taken away because it was too busy i then went to the jacuzzi...

"The stay was good overall. We enjoyed the pool and activities inside the hotel such as the mini golf, gaming area, poolside games. The proximity to the beach was good. What could improve was setting breakfast times to avoid the queues in the morning, we were asked to eat at the bar but the bar sent us back as they were full. I would suggest making sure the availability in the bar is better when sending guests to the bar and that there is sufficient food setup. The air-conditioning in the room...
