Escape to hill country sunsets, river time & the beautiful sounds of nature in our modern & stylish "Barn-dominium". Our home sits secluded outside of LLano, 1 mile from the BEST Llano River spot!  
  
The home is on 53 beautiful, private acres w/ the following amenities;

Yep, it's the perfect friends & family getaway!  
  
The home is located in Vasterling Creek Ranch, on a beautiful and private lot. You will find us off Ranch Road 152 west of LLano and close to Castell. The high side of the property, where the home sits, has gorgeous hill country views surrounding it.  
  
We are 15 minutes from both LLano and Mason, where you can find some of our top recommendations for wine tasting and food.  
  
We are only 3 miles from the famous General Store in Castell, where you can find good people, music, food and drinks. The frequency of activities happening at the General Store are amazing, so definitely check it out and drop in for a meal, drink or full-on party!  
  
The drive is not only gorgeous, but just long enough to enjoy that getaway, road trip feeling. The region feels completley different but is still close enough to be efficient with your time!  
  
You will enjoy two beautiful Texas-sized porches where you will watch sunsets in the evening and listen to wildlife in the morning. You will feel a sense of peace enjoying nature, and feel free to do a whole lot of nothing for a while!  
  
You will lounge off the patio in a Cowboy Pool to help beat the heat in the summer! It's also heated so you can enjoy warm relaxation in the winter. You and your group can hold a ping pong tournament in the loft, along with other games that will surely keep the kids entertained for hours.  
  
OR...spend half days or full days attending local events and festivals all year round. Visit a calendar of local events at a website called 101 Highland Lakes.

The home has two beautifully decorated primary rooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed.  
  
The kitchen has a large island surrounded by bar seating, which opens up to a beautiful living room with a fireplace, two couches and two chairs. The space was intentionally designed to facilitate connection and conversation with your group.  
  
The loft has ping pong, mini-basketball, Ring & Hook game, an extra TV for gaming or movies, and a futon. If you have a larger group, the loft holds an adult size bunk bed with very comfortable full size beds. The massive bunk bed has 2 full size beds and if needed, a third full size slide-out trundle bed. The bunk is perfect for sleeping a full family, all the kids, or any group combination!

#### Fun family weekend

The cabin was the perfect set up. We were about a 5 minute drive away from the Llano river. We went for the morning, back to the cabin to eat lunch, then enjoyed another relaxing float in the evening. We decided to rent a boat in Kingsland which was about 40 minutes away. There are a few meal options in Llano, but the kitchen was well equipped to prepare all of our meals. Beds were very comfortable and cabin well stocked.
