"Pool bathroom flooded caused me to fall painfully! No paper towels, soap or towels in there either. Hazardous exposed electrical switch near sink. Broken light fixtures and toilet in room. Reported to front desk which was very sweet and professional said she'd write all that down. Pool floor caused cuts on my childs foot."
