"Had everything we needed to cook in the evenings, comfy bed, nice welcome touches (biscuits etc).
Great base to climb Snowdon, visit Bangor or Betws-y-Coed.
Good communications before and during our stay from the owner and as we were staying for ten nights, Kerri even offered to change the towels and bedding if we needed them changed."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Nyth Y Fran - the apartment was stunning and even better than the listing suggested. We greatly enjoyed the views and use of the telescope, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby Beaumaris and Menai Bridge, as well as Snowdonia park. Would definitely stay again!"

"Arrived and the staff were very busy, so had to wait 15 minutes to check in.
The menu wasn't to our liking, and the pub part was OK to sit in for a one night stay, but we needed a more comfortable seating arrangement to relax in.
The hotel itself and staff were fab, the location too."
"We knew there was work being carried out in the hotel Scaffolding outside not an issue to us. Room was clean no issues at all. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Best bit was the buffet style breakfast couldn’t fault it at all. We booked for 1 night good location for everything. Will definitely return."
"Staff were fantastic.
The hotel is being refurbished bit by bit. Corridors were pretty grim, but had a refurbished bathroom, good beds and quality bedding and towels. The hotel was very clean, and great views of the sea
Would stay again."
"Absolutely — I’ve polished the review while keeping your original points and balanced, honest tone. 👍
My stay at the hotel was for business purposes, and I had a double room on the second floor. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and it was attended to daily, with the mineral water replenished each day.
The only very minor issue I experienced was that the room became quite cold as the weather changed. I had to ask the staff to turn the heating on in my room, which I found slightly unusual for the middle of October. However, the staff were very attentive and dealt with this promptly, as they did with any other queries I had during my stay.
Another very minor observation was that there wasn’t a bin in the foyer. On one occasion, I had to ask the receptionist if I could dispose of some rubbish in her bin.
I had breakfast and an evening meal each day and could not fault the food. The restaurant staff were lovely, friendly and seemed to have time for everyone. I also noticed them taking particular care to assist guests who had mobility difficulties, which was very nice to see.
My only concern during my stay was one afternoon when I was seated in the foyer. I saw four youths come down the stairs and begin trying to open doors. It was apparent that they were not there for any legitimate reason. As I kept an eye on them, they soon left the building. Unfortunately, there were no security staff nearby at the time, and the receptionists were busy assisting guests who we"
"We enjoyed our one night stay here. The hotel is situated in a quiet location and benefits from a spacious free car park. Our room was very clean with a large comfy bed and decent bathroom, and a good sized smart TV.
Breakfast was delicious. Would happily stay here again."
