"We did have to switch rooms due to a fishy odor in one room but the hotel gave us a new room immediately . Everything else was absolutely wonderful . The pools were actually heated ! Just wonderful ! The restaurant served a fruit salad that had gone moldy but it was hard to spot and they fixed the situation promptly . We enjoyed our stay overall very much . The warm pools even outdoor ones made up for any other glitches . "

"Staff was great but we wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The photos are misleading for the rooms and condition of the hotel. We had multiple rooms and some didn’t have a hair dyer inside, they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner only body gel. One rooms tv didn’t work and they don’t have anyone for house keeping. If you need anything you have to go to the front desk and ask for it, they won’t bring it to you. Distance to the beach is nice. "

"Not only was the bedding dirty, there blood on the wall from what looked like was a smashed very large bug, the dust was thick enough on the lights to write with your finger in, the carpet was never cleaned because we had to wipe feet after walking on it, and every time the AC turned on, urine smell blew from it. Luckily, aside from the room, the ocean made up for it. "

"The staff upon arrival was pretty friendly, but i have to say i was a little underwhelmed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were sticky and there was hair already in the bathtub upon arrival. It is pretty close to everything so if you are looking for that and affordability then this will be okay for you. The parking lot is a game in itself in waiting to see if someone moves so you can be able to get a spot so that you won’t have to park down the street or at a meter. Must mention the rooms are pretty spacious. "
