This end unit on the ground level with two king bedrooms opening to a brick garden terrace. The kitchen, dining, and living room are down a half dozen steps into a spacious high ceiling lower level that opens to a private Weather Wall screened porch and a deck. The lower level is on the south side and offers great water view with the water a bit over 100' away. Very private feel to the space, wonderful kitchen with seating at the counter and a separate dinner table. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Heat pump/AC with separate controls for both bedrooms and for the main living space.
