"Soooo the newly remodeled rooms are really nice and luxurious with the shinest marble floors in the bathroom area. New carpets, great tv etc. wonderful rooms at a great price, convenient to little falls. However there is currently major remodeling going on in the bottom floor, not noisy, but messy. You just need to know you’ll be stepping over drop cloths on way to your room. "

"I traveled up to the Little Falls area to attend a college reunion. A friend of mine and I stayed at this property. It was absolutely perfect. Enough room so that we each had our own space but a really great gathering area to hang out and catch up. Bianka was a pleasure to meet and clearly cares for this property very much. "We were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose ongoing renovations at the time of booking. The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions."
