Longtemps personne à la réception à notre arrivée, puis 1h30 pour servir entrée plat dessert au restaurant le soir pour deux personnes alors qu'il n'y avait pas grand monde... C'est mon principal regret. »

« Super waren: - Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - Ausstattung des Hotels war hervorragend, modern und stilvoll - insgesamt ein erholsamer Ort mit schönem Ausblick Verbesserungspotenzial: - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, jedoch hatte wir vor dem Balkon eine große Parkfläche; bessere wäre die betroffenen Zimmer als solche zu kennzeichnen und ggf. kostengünstiger anzubieten - es gibt lediglich zwei sehr kleine Saunen sowie Massage-Optionen; ansonsten gibt es noch keine...

"Si globalement, le Mercure de Coblence est satisfaisant du niveau quatre étoiles que nous connaissons, mais la chambre numéro 516 comporte une salle de bain, digne des Hotel de Préfecture entre parenthèses qui n’ont pas de classement) : l’évier de belles taille n’est pas bien fixé et est susceptible de décrocher sur s’appui, ballon, encontre ment dessus de la salle de bain, effectivement conforte, déséquilibre des éléments pour l’équilibre, les personnes handicapées circuit bien, mais l’écoulement de l’eau est pitoyablement mauvais qui ignore la pièce par un écoulement collant l’orifice d’écoulement d’ailleurs est petit et vrai Sables vraiment plus ou moins bouché. Ceci aurait pu être remarqué depuis de nombreux semaines, je pense par le personnel responsable du suivi technique.trois "

L’endroit est magnifique et près des attractions touristiques dont le téléphérique pour aller à la forteresse de Koblenz et la rencontre du Rhin et de la Mossel. Notre chambre avec terrasse fleurie est invitante à la détente. Chambre au goût du jour, confortable et lumineuse. Salle de bain petite et bien équipée. Propreté remarquable. Le personnel à l’accueil est courtois, poli, souriant et rapide. Le déjeuner-buffet matinal est délicieux, plats variés, bonne cuisine santé pour commencer la visite de cette magnifique ville de Koblenz.
