"The Qubus Hotel had everything I needed for my stay. It is conveniently located a 10-12 min walk from the train station. In 15 mins, you can reach the Bielsko Rynek (square) where there are many eateries. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good."

"Hotel is located close to the nature and mountains which gives you peaceful location. Food was mostly good, breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of choice. Staff always smiling and helpful. Hotel itself is worn out and outdated with lack of proper AC throughout. There was portable AC unit in our room which if running was really noisy and was working only sometimes so not good during recent heatwaves. We didn't use SPA so I don't know how good or bad it is. Could be better for this price....

"All was great!!! Very nice people, nice clean rooms, very convenient location close to the center of the city and to the transportation. Great breakfast :)! I would love to have a little more traditional Polish food selection for dinner but all meals are very tasty. I just wish there would be a little bigger and updated gym. There is no room for personal stretch, no yoga mat, no mirror. There are small things but generally it is a great place to stay!!! "

"Great hotel with perfect restaurant but.... 1. house keeping trolley was next to my doors for two days - really there is no space than upper floor just in front of room? 2. restaurant service - I was alone in restaurant and your waiter haven't seen my presence - talking loud about situations in restaurant with his colleague. 3. Next day had to move from restaurant to bar due to group dinner - I was only one more table occupied with me - heard discussion of waitresses behind the bar - after 10 min of waiting for menus decided to go and pick up. Bill - waiter said that invoice will be done in reception - and ? No information where I have to pay - also had to go to reception and pay there. Great place with amazing cuisine - just small training for personel "

"Hotel is located close to the nature and mountains which gives you peaceful location. Food was mostly good, breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of choice. Staff always smiling and helpful. Hotel itself is worn out and outdated with lack of proper AC throughout. There was portable AC unit in our room which if running was really noisy and was working only sometimes so not good during recent heatwaves. We didn't use SPA so I don't know how good or bad it is. Could be better for this price. With some investment can be a really good hotel again. "

For one night ok

"The hotel has a parking place, but it is very narrow. And it is not free. They will let you know about that only after you drive in from the gate and take a receipt that you need to show in the reception. English of the receptionist was well enough. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Bed was horrible, because it was way too soft. Someone might like it though. Wi-Fi worked fine. I have been to several ibis Styles hotels in Poland and so far this was the worst."
