"The room was clean, staff aren't there all the time but they are helpful and have a number to call in case a situation happens, parking is great, we stayed here on Labor Day weekend for the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Brookfield. Will keep this motel in mind for next year."

"This is my hometown, but I haven’t been back for a number of years. I was pleasantly surprised how much the location has changed since the previous management. The staff were all friendly, the main facility and rooms were all clean. Water pressure in the shower was sufficient and very accommodating for taller people. Breakfast served on site. It was a standard motel breakfast, very good, but nothing outstanding. There is another restaurant unaffiliated adjacent to the property, and a convenience store for fuel/snacks. The DG Market across the road is an area benefit too. I would definitely stay here again."

"We booked this cabin on short notice and Livia was quick to respond to any questions we had. We travel frequently, using VRBO, and this hidden gem of a property ranked in our Top 5. We've been looking for someplace to take our pets over Independence Day and this place is far enough away from everything to work perfectly. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL cabin that holds 16 people but quaint enough for just 2! It has everything you can think of from spices to condiments to DOG BAGS just for your pets with toys, bowls, and drying towels! Despite the inferno outdoor temps during our stay, I did manage to get a bit of fishing in and had a little luck. They were small fish but fun. Got to see some deer and turkey as well. We'll definitely be going to back!!"
White House Lodge-Cabin Loft Studio

"We came in to visit my daughter and grandchildren. The place was an upper loft so it has stairs. We had a great time and we will use it again. The slot machine was a big hit with my grand children. Nice shower with a seat. Close to park resturants and stores. Beautiful old neighborhood. Would have liked to see the whole house. Very Fun Time Thank You!"

"All communication with the host was polite, prompt, and clear. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked, including filtered water for the coffee makers and a good variety of herbs and spices, as well as a toaster and dishwasher. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer available! Check out was simple. Using the TV was simple. The toilet and shower both had good pressure, and there were plenty of towels. The property itself is nice for an old building. There are some imperfections here and there, but I found the place extremely charming and wasn't bothered by any of that. We had a wonderful time while we were here and might return next year!"
