The inroom spa tub was wonderful. The room was clean and really quiet. The bed was good but they need new pillows. The property was nice but parking is not great on the property. There are several city parking lots I front of the hotel but the city was re-paving the surrounding roads and parking lots so it will be better in the future?

I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am.

The whole experience was incredible, great room, bed was great, amenities were great, breakfast was so delicious and the owner was so very accommodating and delightful, she even sat with us at breakfast and we talked about all of our grandchildren.
Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again!
