"Great area for a quick trip perfect for just resting g your head for short periods of time. Staff are helpful could do with an extra pillow on bed though. "

"I recently stayed at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa for one night (11–12 April) and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, making for a relaxing stay. One small downside was the bathroom — the sink doesn’t have a mixer tap, so the water runs very hot, which was a bit inconvenient. Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, the highlight for me was definitely the spa. The facilities were excellent, and I easily could have spent much longer there unwinding. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely visit again."

"I was annoyed as I paid extra to book a family suite on hotels.com but the hotel didnt provide one. The hotel itself was nice spacious and beautiful grounds. There is slight upkeep needed with the rooms rusted edges wear and tear but nothing to disturbing. "

"Only negative was that it is not made clear upon booking that you can get reduced rate of parking at Trinity. It states no parking on the description and I was only made aware at check in that they get reduced parking close by, when I had already parked miles away. "

"We had an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful, spacious and clean. Nice touch with complementary water. The toiletries were a well known brand. We had dressing robes which was a nice touch too. Breakfast was excellent, continental and full English could be had. Highly recommend a stay here. "
