"There was a lot of room to spread out. Three bathrooms was a big bonus. Had a great space in the living room for our team meeting, and everyone liked hanging out together in the spacious basement. Enjoyed breakfast all together, with plenty of seating. Nice to have Hy-Vee nearby to grab breakfast food."

"Great hotel and suites just outside of Des Moines proper. Hotel was very clean, easy to get into. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly next to a new Hyvee gas station that has a great coffee shop attached to it. Highly recommend."

"We liked the price as we are on a cross country road trip and like to stay in motels where we can park close to the room for a quick overnight stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. And the refrigerator was very cold which a lot of places don’t offer. The only negative is they didn’t have coffee available in the room or the lobby."

"This newer house had comfortable/clean furniture and clean, toilets, sinks, and floors. Communication through VRBO was slow at first, but they were responsive to phone calls. I had to request the door code on the day of check-in, and the code provided didn’t match the description of what I should expect from a unique code. Upon arrival, I noticed a few issues and informed the property manager, but they only responded after we left four days later. Most of the issues were minor and could be easily addressed."
