I have had the same guy check me in the last 2 times i have stayed there 2 weeks apart for each trip and he says my card declined but yet it already shows pending in my account. This last time they charged me twice and then fixed it. Dont know what the problem is just kinda weird.

I’m not one to go and trash a company unless it’s worth it. I waited a week to write this so it could be as polite as possible. If there’s a cleaning staff then they must be ghosts. The staircase was covered in trash and doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in 3 months. The hallway smelled like someone had a fish fry. Then we get to our room. There was a beer in the fridge. Be glad we were over 21 but our 18 year old found it. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush. When we called the front desk and told them what happened, their exact words were “what do you expect me to do?” I expect for you to do your job.
