We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. Le lobby m’a paru un peu froid et impersonnel, mais le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. Le gros point fort reste la situation : en plein centre, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et des principales attractions, ce qui est idéal pour se déplacer sans voiture. Autre atout pratique, le parking se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui facilite énormément l’arrivée et le départ."
