"I have no complaints. My stay was very comfortable and very accessible. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host was very nice and attentive in my needs. There were plenty of restaurants and activities in walking distance. "

"We did request a King room on the 1st floor ahead of time but upon arrival they did not save one for us “do to rooms not completed”. Staff was very friendly though."

"The front desk was not friendly upon arrival. There was a long wait to checkin although I was the only one checking in. There was a line of roughly 7 people paying individually for their snacks and one front desk clerk. The second front desk person showed up just as the group was finishing up. The following morning I went down to the lobby to get coffee at 6:15 and it wasn’t ready. I nicely asked the front desk what time it would be ready and without looking up from her computer said “I don’t know, they’re late” in an annoyed tone. When we went to breakfast the lady greeted me by asking if I was paying cash or charging the breakfast bar to the room. It was clearly stated in my reservation that it was included with my stay but didn’t have time to argue with her as we were in a hurry. This was discouraging as we stayed 3 nights and the morning after our last night we had to leave too early to make use of the breakfast bar. "

"Initial room was not clean. Especially the bathroom. But, staff readily rectified the concern with providing an alternate room option. Otherwise, pleased with the stay and central location."
