Easy to access and paid public parking was close and easy (we had some concerns re:parking but it was fine and we could keep an eye on our cars from the apartment) Host was immediately there to take care of a minor maintenance issue. Would recommend, especially if you are going to a show nearby. Five Stars easily earned! »

The beds were a little hard for my liking but the cleanliness heavily outweighed all when I stay away from home! The location was right in the heart of Spokane which made our stay all that much pleasant!….aaannnddd the coffee shop right down the stairs was a fabulous finisher! »

« The property management and owners were incredibly gracious and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable and a great fit for my friend and I. We stayed for a month and found it to be perfect in terms of having everything we needed, and being close to downtown and the courthouse. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Felt safe. Super comfortable beds. Enough space to spend time together to get work done, but also have privacy from each other as needed. »

« Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. »
