The location is excellent – a quick walk to Riverside Park and other central Spokane attractions. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and entertainment, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, with large windows in the living/kitchen area which let in lots of great light. The kitchen was well equipped. We particularly appreciated the nice electric kettle for making hot tea. Our host, Jake, was super helpful and responsive. The bulb in the bedside lamp was burned out and he had it replaced within a couple of hours of us reporting it. He was also great with instructions for checking in and out and accessing the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look at staying here again when we return to Spokane. ##### Anna W. There was coffee provided, always a big plus for me! It was a short walk to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center (about 10 minutes). My Uber driver warned me that there were a lot of homeless people in the area but I felt safe, even when walking alone after dark.
