Welcome to our downtown duplex in Spokane! This listing is for Unit A. This new construction unit has all new furnishings providing a retreat for you and your group with all the amenities you need to feel at home. We fully stock our homes with comfortable beds, coffee bar, Blackstone griddle, Arcade/games…see amenity list for everything! We are less than 1 mile to Spokane Arena, The Podium, Riverfront Park, and Downtown Spokane. Unit A Features: \*Free parking! 1 car garage, 2 parking spaces (driveway and gravel), and free street parking \*Lots of entertainment options! Layout: The main floor features open layout kitchen, living, and dining rooms with a half bath and laundry room. There is a fenced in front and back yard with garage access from the main floor as well. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with desk for a work space. The two guest rooms have queen beds. We also have a queen size air mattress with headboard that plugs in to inflate. You can park in the garage, driveway spaces, and there is street parking in front of the unit. You will be able to access the home through the garage with a unique code sent to you prior to your arrival. Once inside, you\`ll have keys to the front door and a garage opener for your stay. We are not located on the property but are just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay. You will access the home with a unique code sent to you prior to your stay, so no need to meet us at the property. \*\*Pet-Friendly Guidelines:\*\* We love dogs and being able to travel with them so we want to be able to provide that opportunity to our guests as well. We want to also be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the home, so please read the rules below and make sure you will be able to follow them prior to booking: \- We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. 1\. Clean up yard using provided scoop and bags 2\. Potty-trained pets only; please clean accidents immediately 3\. We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center, and loved this location for our family. So much space, a well stocked house with thoughtful hosts (my teenagers LOVED the snack bar and I was a huge fan of the coffee bar!). The host provided timely communication before our stay. Wifi was quick and the Roku TVs + PacMan arcade were nice for the kids. We especially enjoyed that each room had their own TV. There is a half bath on the main level and a master bathroom. There was enough Room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We love the open concept of the living room and kitchen, so everybody could gather there. Also loved being able to park in a garage. The Complementary toothbrush came in handy for my son who forgot his and the host was very responsive in communication. Would stay at this place again thank you ##### Melissa R. There were tons of restaurants within a short driving distance. I did not love the neighborhood but felt safe when all the doors were locked and our minivan was locked in the garage. ##### Jaina C. We had plenty of space to spread out, but it was cozy for gathering too. We didnt cook, but there was everything you needed if you chose to. …Beds were comfy, lots of closet space and hangers.. and with 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a half-bath downstairs, no one had to wait to use one. The neighborhood felt safe, and was conveniently located for ease of travel to entertainment and activities. Fantastic communication with hosts for a seamless experience. The unit was clean and comfortable, giving a cozy place to relax out of the snow! We were in town for our teenage son was participating in the All-State Orchestra which was occurring in Spokane. The location of the unit gave us easy access to downtown Spokane where our son needed to be at for rehearsal and concert. Overall enjoyed the unit and perfect for our family! ##### Cambria A. A tray full of snacks greeted us upon our arrival. You know how sometimes you’re hoping there is salt and pepper in the kitchen? There was a good amount of coffee, state of the art drip coffee with flavors, all the condiments, herb spices, including butter, oil, Panko, etc., that a person could possibly want. Memory foam very comfortable beds. Extra roomie house in perfect repair. Big fluffy towels, large washer, dryer and quiet walkable neighborhood. Really clean, up-to-date property, but the listing reads like there are 4 beds and its 3 beds and a blow-up mattress. We ended up putting someone on the couch.
