Sea 'Scape is a new, comfortably furnished 2 story home 1/2 block from the beach in the picturesque Roads End area of Lincoln City. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in one of the home's 3 comfortably furnished bedroom suites (each with its own private bathroom). The elegant master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, beautiful ocean views, TV, and a luxurious private bath with soaker tub. The nautical room features a queen size bed plus 1 twin bed, gorgeous ocean views, TV and its own private bath with soaker tub. The garden room has a peek of the ocean, 1 queen plus 1 twin bed and its own elegantly decorated private bathroom. The main living area has 1/2 bath and a spacious open floor plan with bamboo floors in the living and dining rooms, tile floors and granite countertops in the kitchen, a large dining table, and lovely ocean views. The home is situated in a peaceful setting where deer can be seen frequently wandering by or grazing within feet of the property. Sea 'Scape offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that would be ideal for your gathering! The open floor plan on the main floor provides a nice space for you and your guests to come together to play Wii, gather 'round the dining table for a family meal, game, puzzle or crafts, or curl up in front of the fire to watch a movie or listen to the waves. The 3 master suites upstairs provide the comfort and privacy for some to sleep late while others get up at dawn to hunt for agates on the beach. The 2 separate living areas (rec room and main living area) provide options to guests to enjoy different activities, such as movies and pool, at the same time. Ideal for families with children. Beach access points are located approximately every other block along the coastline to the north and south of the street where Sea 'Scape is located. My granddaughter was taking a shower and suddenly the smoke alarm there was going off. I called the owner and she knew immediately what I was calling about. So if that alarm is recurring problem, why aren’t guest notified in advance? Then in the middle of the night, the carbon monoxide detector was going off. The next day, the fire department had to come in and check everything in the detector needed to be replaced. Fortunately, there was no carbon monoxide problems just a detector problem. So we started our first full day totally exhausted after being up in the middle of the night. The ocean views were great. Unfortunately, there are no blinds in the front windows so by late afternoon and early evening we were nearly blinded trying to sit in the dining area or even watch the TV. We ate dinner with our sunglasses on in the house. We did like the location and the ability to walk down and across the street and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes. The tide pools at roads end are wonderful! The house was perfect for us. The large dining table, well equiped kitchen, and bedrooms with bathrooms and separate beds, were the perfect accommodations. Access to the beach was easy. The views from the house are lovely.
