We went to a concert... the venue was right next door, easy to walk. Trains were loud at night, waking us but too bad.

We have stayed here multiple times. Usually it’s always a great experience. This time there was a very large group of some sort (estimated 25 people) very loud in common areas, swearing, younger crowd. I didn’t feel unsafe, but I have definitely felt more comfortable on prior visits to the hotel. I do recognize that this is not the fault of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in! The hotel was a little run down: carpet edges could be vacuumed better. The bathrooms need caulking around the bathtub edges. The paint around the a/c unit was peeling in the rooms. But the rooms had a fridge, microwave, safe, tv, wifi and were quite roomy which was a plus. Didn't hear any next door noise which was excellent BUT unfortunately the hotel is near a railway (which I didn't know) and being a light sleeper I was awakened by every train that came through the town during the night which was a bit disruptive. The rumbling wasn't the issue but the blasting of the "horn" was!! The breakfast was very good and enjoyed that. I would stay there again if it wasn't for the nightly trains!

We were greeted at the check-in desk by two young women who were friendly, engaging and helpful. The convenient location next to the convention center (including an inside walkway the whole way) is a great feature of this property.

We were placed in room 212 right by the elevators. Extremely noisy all night in hallway and room next door a woman was being assaulted for several hours. Lots and f head board banging and screaming. Called front desk and asked for police to be dispatched. Won’t stay at property again. Not safe environment.

Central location and comfortable bed but the TV was very outdated and many channels didn’t work and the housekeeper never came back after I asked to have our room cleaned. We ended up with too much trash and dirty towels everywhere.

The air conditioners in this hotel are outdated and have extrememly limited functionality. Breakfast had limited options, with the "hot food" being room temperature and the dry goods being stale. The room was clean and staff was friendly, but air and breakfast are worth looking for other hotel options.

Rooms were clean and rather spacious (1 king bed). Hot Breakfast was good too (bacon/eggs and sausage/grilled eggs, waffle machine). Only thing that could be better is the fitness center which has 4 machines cramped up, no free weights no bench. But for this price point it’s great.
