The suite was great. The hot tub was clean on a surface level. The jets not so much. Cleaned the tub for about 2-3 hrs.. even allowing it to cycle. The jets still emitted some orangish tan residue. I purchased the room for the hot tub, but the customer service was great and the room nice and clean..

It seemed like this Baymont was half done with renovations. The furniture was new, the linens were new (and not really softened yet, still a bit rough), but the wallpaper and curtains looked a bit old. Some of our rooms had curtains not fully attached to their hangers, and at least one of the minifridges needed defrosting. The AC/heating was some of the best I have encountered. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. I didn't think it was too noisy, even with a large number of high school students there for a tournament. Breakfast trays were all full - nothing was missing.

The whole holiday with our family could have been ruined but we didn't let it! The floor in our room was so dirty our feet picked up grass and debris that ended up in the bed. There was a used toothpick on the floor..There's no vending or anything for that matter on the 3rd floor, they treat you like a criminal if you ask for a towel on your second morning! There was leftover Pizza in the refrigerator. Breakfast was terrible!! One apple, half rotten orange and I was the first in. Expedia advertised pool but it's been permanently closed, the place needs demolished!

The staff was very friendly, couteous and accommodating. The beds were comfortable but the rooms need to be updated and repaired. In our room, the carpet was old and shredding,, the extra sink tap did not work and the bathtub had a large stain. Our door handle broke and when we mentioned it to the cleaning staff we were told that this was not the only room with a broken handle.

The personnel was wonderful. The rooms were clean all though they have been smoked in. We switched rooms because it smelled like cigarettes. The second one was better but still smelled of cigarettes. The pool was closed although it said they had one.

This information was updated in the terms and agreement section when confirming your purchase. Unfortunately it did not update in our amenity section and we are working on getting this corrected. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool. We were visiting family and wanted a place for the kids to unwind and play since it's cold outside. The pool is permanently closed, though, so that was a disappointment for sure. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the tub was rusted which turned the bath water a gross yellow color. One of the "clean" bath towels we received had a large brown stain on it.

We regularly stay at Baymont Inn & Suites when we travel but this stay was the worst one of them all. We got checked in and we went out to eat then came back and took our showers and went to bed. Just as we were falling asleep around 9:00pm someone unlocks the door and tried to open it but the security latch held it closed. Someone was yelling into the room and I tried to tell him that he had the wrong room. He said they just issued this room to him but I said it is already taken. Possibly just a mistake by the person at the front counter but my wife didn't sleep the rest of the night thinking someone else might come in. In the morning I had to get my keys reprogrammed because they didn't work and I informed the lady at the counter what had happened. She said that the corporate office has been making updates to their system and it messes their system up changing Vacant Dirty rooms to Vacant Clean/Available. Well, what about an occupied room? How did that get changed to Vacant? We are disappointed. This should not have happened. Other than this situation, the location is nice, lots of things to do in the area and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The staff was extrwmely polite. The room and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was superb. They even had fresh, and I mean chopped strawberries and blueberries, fresh. The selection of breakfast food was awesome. .... and I am rather finicky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and presentation. I will certainly refer this hotel to family and friends. We had a very pleasant stay.
