einfaches Hotel, braucht dringend Renovierung, besonders die Teppiche. Hauseigenen Taxifahrer bitte vermeiden, einfach Taxi an der Straße anhalten.

シャトルサービスを頼んだところ、30分近く遅れ、乗車してからも駐車場でドライバーがどこかに行ってしまい また10分近く放置された。そのことについてスタッフに苦情を言ったところ、嘘と言い訳ばかりで非常に不誠実な態度。 最終的に謝罪はされたが、カウンターに両腕を乗せたままの謝罪であり、非常に腹立たしかった また、浴室から茶色い水が出てきた。ペルーでのほかのホテルにおいては、このようなことはなかった。 エレベーターもなく、総合して、予算に見合うホテルとは思えない。

Pésimo servicio

Mal servicio. Hice mi reservación por internet, y no tenían idea. Tuve que esperar a que se organizaran para poder tener habitación. Rentan las habitaciones a borrachos y en consecuencia se pasa mala noche, mucho ruido. Al final, no pude pagar usando mi tarjeta pues aseguraron que sólo efectivo, así que tuve que salir al cajero. En fin, muy malo el servicio en general.

Recommendable homey hotel well located.
