"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."

"Clean room with full size fridge, microwave and 2 eye range. reasonable price, great staff who are very helpful. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I needed them and they didn’t disturb my peace during my time of hardship. They respected my privacy and created a peaceful environment for me to work through my crisis. "

"This stay was ok. When we first got there, we notice the bathroom was not the cleanest ie dirt on the floor, but most obvious was splatter of maybe chocolate ice cream all over the wall? Not sure what it was, but clearly no one tried to wipe it off and it was literally everywhere on one section of the wall by the trashcan. There was another spot on a wall in the room where drink or something else had been splashed all over the wall. That one may have been a stain? The bathroom one could be cleaned. We mentioned this to the front staff and nothing was done. Breakfast was a good selection. Walls are fairly thin."

"The room smelled like burned toast or burned something, when we checked in. Room was clean, shower was weak and shower floor felt as if you would fall through the floor. Hotel charged us a cleaning fee of 50$ for room being dirty beyond their normal, after we checked out. We have traveled all over the country and stayed in hotels and have never been charged a extra cleaning fee. We left the room clean and smelling better than we found it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. "

"Average place to stay not too far from RDU. Standard amenities you will find in most Hampton Inn locations. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There were many guests with dogs, which did not bother us but worth noting in case that’s a concern. The carpet and hard surfaces on the first floor had signs of repeated pet accidents. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night, creating quite a disruption, and the breakfast was missing many of the usual items such as bagels and bread. Overall, not terrible but not great. I would personally try another option before returning to this one."

"The staff allowed someone else to checked into our room under our reservation. Our room was assigned to someone else even though it was under our reservation. I had to pay for a different room (which was refunded the next day) for the night. It caused unnecessary stress on me and my family. Even though we were refunded, how could the front desk gave away our reservation as all check-ins required an official ID and a credit card."

"This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy."
