« hotel bien situé pour embarqué vers les îles en face de la ville Acces direct au centre commercial par le 1er étage est très pratique le service de chambre est long à la détente, on doit les relancer à mainte reprises, et le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur, la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits est mauvaise pour le prix dépensé, mieux vaut manger dans le mall Malgré tout je recommande cet hôtel pour son bon rapport qualité / prix mais déconseillé d'y manger au restaurant »

« Etablissement bien situé (proche centre commercial et du depart des navettes pour les iles) Les chambres ont été visiblement renovées (peintures faites recemment pour couvrir l'humidité ou fuite d'eaux?). Le 2eme jour, nous avons du changer du 21eme etage au 23eme etage en raison d'une odeur forte dans l'une des chambres. Or la salle de gym est située au 24eme etage...pas d'insonorisation donc c'etait bruyant. Le buffet pour le petit dejeuner peut encore etre amelioré en terme de qualité et...

Suggestion to the management is to restrict guests from making noises at the lounge area as the noise echoed and could hear it from the rooms facing the lounge area l. Unfortunately guests from certain country do not know how to control their volume.... Maybe management should ask them to ? »

« The pictures and the rating for the hotel and rooms were misleading. The rooms were fithy. The walls were covered in dust. The dust on some of the flat surfaces was so thick that it must have been there for months or possibly years. A/C unit made popping sounds all day an night and barely worked. The shower leaked all over the tiny bathroom floor. There was only hot water for less than 2 minutes to shower with and then went ice cold. The towels were paper thin and felt like sandpaper. The...

« Staff are smiling all the time. Amazing swimming pool on roof deck / bar. However, the pool should have a roped off section for lap swimming for adults and a kids area for fooling around.
