The lift needs some maintenance as it makes a terrible noise which is pretty annoying and disturbing especially at night. The back door was open and unlocked with no security cameras whilst we were staying there. This meant that anyone could walk in off that back street & be straight up to the rooms without being noticed. Needs to be kept locked for security.
