Pay half than what you would pay for at the nearby downtown Hyatt or Hilton and get much more amenities. It is within walking distances to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It has an open floor plan on the first floor, small den and a large master bedroom. 1,500 SF in size. It has a private garage with entry connected directly to the first floor as well as a small private fenced back yard. The unit has a walk in tile shower as well as closet space for hanging clothes. A 75" TV is in living room! Please NO parties or get togethers per HOA guidelines. The location is walkable from downtown, campus, Chevy Chase, etc. Loved having a garage spot while our SUV was loaded for drop-off. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Check-in/out was a breeze. Our hosts were communicative, and simply thought of everything. I was impressed at the accommodations, and the manual had so much information.
