House suited us great, room to gather all 10 but space for quiet time if needed.Beds were very comfortable and shower top of the line.Host was very prompt with emails and sending someone to take care of small issue.Negative was the golf simulator. We were unable to use it. Billiard and ping pong were great fun. Air conditioning was wonderful! Would stay again if we ever come back to Lexington. Each family unit had their own full bathroom, which was incredible. The shared areas were plenty big for our group to gather and socialize. The finished garage area was a huge perk that we really enjoyed to play games and watch sports. Hot tub was clean. Grilling was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. We do this trip every year, and we all thought this was the best property we have stayed at! Also, the location was excellent.
