Lexington-Great location! Great house!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The location is super convenient. The hosts are very cooperative and responsive. The house is beautifully furnished with great outdoor space as well. This house is a perfect spot to stay when in Lexington.

Great house in a great area.

We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and great amenities. It is in a great location just minutes from the mall and all kinds of parks and restaurants. Communication was quick and easy. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay here again.

Perfect and cozy

Loved the house. In a quiet cute little neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. Really nice place. The beds and bedding were very comfy. And all of the amenities were perfect. Would definitely stay here again..

Very clean and comfortable home for our family of five. Perfectly located for any desired activities around the Lexington area (UK campus, Distilleries, Downtown, Red River Gorge, Horse farms, etc.). Nice clean and safe neighborhood.

Keenland Retreat

Accomodations were great for 5 adults. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Baths and kitchen were clean. Nice towels and soap, shampoo & conditioner were convenient. Overall it was a very comfortable experience.

Kentucky Vacation

We had a wonderful time exploring Louisville, the Kentucky Derby, distilleries and Lexington on our vacation to Kentucky with friends. We stayed at this lovely home in a nice neighborhood with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms/kitchen and a cute deck with firepit. Our hosts were very kind and very easy to work with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood

We came to town to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and Thanksgiving. The check in and out we're very smooth, the property owner responded very quickly to any questions, we were running a little behind checking out and the owner was very understanding. Perfect for our family

The property was perfect for what our family needed. The host was very responsive with any questions. The house is in a very quiet and cute, safe neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything needed for a short stay or even an extended stay. The house is very clean and has clean and has supplies to help keep things neat and clean.We will definitely consider staying again.

Comfortable for Five

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting Keenland and other local attractions. Our only recommendation is that the kitchen is too small and should be replaced. This recommendation also is appropriate in that the property is rented as a three bedroom and thus should have adequate seating. Thank you.

Horse park home base

We came down from Michigan for the Defender 3 Day Event at the KHP! The home was in the perfect location for all of our needs and was just a short drive to the park! The home was ultra clean, well equipped and the beds were oh so comfy! The hosts attention to detail was much appreciated!

Extremely clean, well decorated home with a great lay out. Dishwasher was a little tricky to figure out but thanks to Google we did it! We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Kentucky Get Away

We stayed five nights at this cozy little home close to Keenland Falls. We attended the horse races, went for a hike at the Red River Gorge, participated in an all day bourbon tour (had a driver) and explored Lexington one afternoon. The hosts were very responsive & accommodating. The house had a big screen TV (we watched some college football). Very clean property would stay again.

Our stay at stylish and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at your Stylish and Cozy Ranch property in Lexington. It was conveniently located between our two sons houses in Lexington which made it easy for all of us to get together at your lovely home. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We also enjoyed the deck and patio furniture. We would definitely stay here again. Almost every night we would enjoy a walk around the nice neighborhood.

Perfect for your pet.

We always love staying here. The beds are so comfy and there is plenty of room to spread out. The fenced in backyard is great for our dog! Nice quiet neighborhood and a safe place to walk our her! They have dog bowls for her too! They have plenty of off streets parking and a locked garage as well. We can get to campus is 10 minutes and downtown in 15.

I Would Live Here!

This house is just perfect. We stayed here while moving our daughter to UK for her freshman year. Proximity was key: close enough to campus, yet out of the way, but accessible to shopping for supplies. We arrived with 2 cars full of our daughter's belongings the night before move-in, so were thankful we could use the spacious garage to keep everything safe. Not to imply anything negative about the neighborhood! It is very lovely, peaceful, well maintained, with nice neighbors. It is SO quiet, I overslept on the last day, haha! Cleanliness is the biggest deal to me, and this place was absolutely spotless. The house is well appointed and so charmingly decorated, I just wanted to just move in. Hosts were on top of communication and wanting to do their best for guests. Just a great place to stay, I highly recommend!
