Serena's Boutique Hotel is a magical place. From the moment you check in, you feel a sense of peace & tranquility. Our patio/sea view room was spacious & comfortable with a large bathroom. The view from the patio was dreamy. By day, it was lush, mountainous beauty & by night it sparkled with the pretty city lights. We were spoiled with a delicious homemade breakfast every morning & enjoyed one very special traditional Puerto Rican homecooked dinner during our stay. My teens enjoyed the pool, the family's pets & the escape from the tourist crowds. I especially enjoyed the family's warmth & kind hospitality. I also enjoyed the family kitchen, the unique wall art at every stop, and the organic feel of the property grounds, which is decorated in keeping with its natural beauty.

First let me tell you the staff there was phenomenal, hands down fantastic. The view was amazing, the air in the rooms was cool and always on. Lovely place. Now - All that said I want you to read some realities here. It's a beach house, not a boutique hotel. They have a cute little restaurant but its operating hours are 9am (for food) to 6pm. There's no vending machine so you need to either door dash supplies or pick them up (water, snacks, etc) There are beach amenities but no "hotel" style ones. That in NO WAY detracts from how wonderful this place is. I just want you to know. I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights and enjoyed every single moment. It was relaxing and refreshing. But dont go in expecting hotel style amenities or luxury. This is a different type of relaxation. I would not recommend this for families. But if you're going just to relax on the beach, well this is the place. I loved just people watching and Sunday morning there was a cute Soccer (Football) class for kids on the beach which was adorable. Go enjoy and meet a great group of lovely people. Just level set what you're getting.

This place exceeded our expectations! We felt very safe the entire time. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 with kids ages 18. 15 and 9. We came for our daughter’s senior trip. Rosemary and her assistant Maxime were so welcoming and responsive. We needed assistance with a few small things like working remotes for electric blinds and a door that was jammed and they responded right away. They also provided helpful recommendations. I was especially pleased with the communication throughout the whole stay! Thank you!
