Michelle, the property owner, is incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location is not a very tourist-y area, but we actually really enjoyed being away from all the tourists for most of the trip. There are several restaurants and a beach within a mile, and we took a few day trips to San Juan and the rainforest. The house also felt very safe as there is a secure locked gate at the front of the house, and the doors have deadbolts. Nice open family room with good size bedrooms. Most importantly it was immaculately clean. Seriously it was spotless. Michelle takes great care of the place and has detailed instructions which lets you know it is a great property that is maintained with great care. We were visiting PR to enjoy the beaches.
