Small room, but neat and clean. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Frindly staff and ahopping mall is close by. Recommended for a short stay.

Good location to stop for a night to rest during long day of driving, check in was easy, access the room from outside, lots of parking, quiet location, and breakfast was continental included with the room. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it looked nice.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Ambiance in the pool area was nice. Only negative. Bathroom needs updating. Taps broken in the tub. Tub didn’t drain. Water temperature fluctuated.

Everything was good except that the room was kinda small, the double bed was also small and the air con was not really that cold. In other words, I was not able to sleep that well.

very dirty and charged an extra night. I booked to come sunday and it booked me after completion and payed to come saturday. Unsure if this was a glitch in the system but not appreciated, Pee lined the wall across the toilet and the room smelled of smoke, very dirty grimey room.

We were on the backside of the property. It was really noisy. Could hear people in next room, but mainly people outside & in parking lot. Very limited continental breakfast. Room was very old & worn (damaged door frame). Tv kept cutting out and limited channel options. We did not check out pool area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

first bath tub looked dirty and find out tub was painted instead replaced and paint is cracked in place it looked dirty also tub water is draining very slow, because painting in the tub it was very slippery on tub floor. I almost fall it^s not safe to renting room like that ,

I was travelling with a teenager so she found the room small and loud as we were there before pool closed. It was 2 doubles poolside. The room was a bit dated but clean. If you ar saying with a child under 12 you eill be a hero. The courtyard pool is decorated with a huge roof murel and the pool and hot tub area looks quite nice with many children enjoying the amenities. I know had my child been younger they wouldnt have bee bothered by the noise as they would have been contributing to it until the pool closed. The price was excellent and for what we paid for the room the breakfast was adequate. The poolside room was quiet once the pool closed but again if you want to go to bed before 9 PM ask them not to book you poolside as there are other options.

Older motel but the pool, waterslide and hot tub are top notch. Our kids had a blast and the family that operates the motel were very friendly. I originally booked it because of the price and then ended up rebooking on the return from our bc holiday because the kids had so much fun. Totally recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower did not have much water pressure. We liked the soap containers in the bathroom but the body wash container was empty. Good selection on TV but needs instructions on how to turn on. There was a good breakfast selection and the coffee was very flavourful. The property is in walking distance to a few restaurants. We would recommend this place. All in all it was a great experience!! We will return here for the night next time we drive through Lethbridge, AB.

A very nice stay at a nice price. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too. The washroom was a bit dated but clean. As a tall person, the tiny toilet was hard to get down to :). I would definitely stay there again

It was conveniently located to walk downtown as long as the wind isn't strong. TV on screen guide could be changed to only 'favorites' which means those are the only channels available to the guest. Compared to other hotels of the same level, I could hear the guest walking in the room above me.
