"Lovely spacious house for a family stay. The covered pool was perfect given we had some cooler and wet days and the sauna was a bonus for the adults. Easy walking distance to the town for bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops, but the house itself is secluded enough to think you are in the country. Wardrobe space was limited in some of the bedrooms, but not a problem for us. "

The whole stay was relaxing and peaceful.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and lounge.Breakfast and outdoor dining on the large patio was perfect with a BBQ area already setup. "We spent 2 nights here in mid August and had an fantastic stay. My 10yr old Son is a WW2 enthusiast and in his own words "an amazing hotel with some really interesting relics, the room was fantastic and looked like a 1940s bedroom, would definitely stay again". Such a nice place to unwind after a day of sight seeing and the owners put up a great breakfast so youre ready for the next day! Cant wait to return!"

"A surprise gem, slightly older hotel so unsure when we arrived but the staff are wonderful and the location is great, walkable (20mins down the hill and back up) to the town. A really pleasant stay."

"We traveled as a family group 6 adults and 2 children we were welcomed by David, great location so near the beach local seafood was excellent, we had a problem with a leak on the spa, contacted the host who came and repaired it, excellent service."
