Nothing was too much trouble and the house has been very well maintained - it’s full of character and the various different outdoor areas around the pool are fantastic. "We had a nice weeks holiday in Helene’s property. The villa was nice and well equipped. Helene was very accommodating with check-in/out times and the communication was good. There was an issue with the AC in one bedroom which was resolved within a 2 days (primarily due to lack of technicians on a Sunday). I would recommend the villa and holiday complex"

"The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes. The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing....

"Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude "

"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working.
