The "Villaret" residence, with lift, is situated in the Preyerand area at the bottom of the ski slopes. Close to the shops and lift passes office. Benefit from a free outside car park in front of the residence. The Preyerand area is linked to the Croisette(center of the ski resort) by a free gondola running from 8am to 11pm. Surface area : about 27 m². 7th floor. Orientation : East. View ski slopes. Living room with single bed (80), pull out bed (80), TV. Sleeping area with single bed (80). Cabin with 2 bunk beds (2\*80). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, 4 electric cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC. Bathroom with bath-tub. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
