The villa is ideal for groups and families.   
  
Enjoy the peace in our secluded garden and relax around our large saltwater pool. You will love spending time on a beautiful terrace shaded by vines.  
  
Upon arrival, you will be charmed by the elegance and space of our villa. It features two separate sleeping areas. One area consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilets, and the other includes a large master suite with a bathroom and 2 large bedrooms with a shower room and separate toilets.   
  
The 5 spacious bedrooms are carefully furnished, offering a haven of peace to rest after a busy day. Individual air conditioning completes the comfort of each bedroom for a restful sleep in the summer. The 3 modern bathrooms are equipped with all necessities. For optimal comfort, we provide hotel-quality linens, ensuring softness and cleanliness.  
  
You will find also a TV lounge connecting the two sleeping areas and a large living area, which is the heart of the house. With its high ceilings and comfortable furniture, it invites you to gather with family or friends to share precious moments of conviviality. The cathedral-style living room is directly connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You will have all the dishes and appliances necessary for your culinary preparations. For barbecue enthusiasts, a gas plancha grill is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare delicious meals outdoors.  
  
Both the living room and the kitchen open onto the large terrace. Large bay windows provide the house with natural light and offer a stunning view of the lush garden, its olive trees, oaks and the pool.  
Our wooded garden is a true cocoon of tranquillity. You can lounge on the deckchairs around the pool, refresh yourself in its crystalline waters, and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The saltwater pool offers a pleasant swimming experience without harsh chemicals.  
  
We have also thought about families with babies. Our villa is equipped with everything needed for little ones, including a baby bed and a highchair.  
  
Located near the center of Avignon, our property offers a perfect getaway for travelers seeking comfort and relaxation while enjoying the activities of Provence. You will also be close to Pont du Gard, Alpilles, and Luberon. You can park several vehicles on the property, up to 5 cars.
