The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, and iron for your convenience.



The apartment is for a maximum of 4 guests, infants included. It is not suitable for more people.



Enjoy your private balcony overlooking Lake Matemale and the surrounding mountains in a peaceful setting. The apartment is an ideal base for skiing, hiking, relaxing, or exploring the region year-round.



Street parking is shared and available. Pets (up to 8 kg) are allowed under certain conditions, with prior approval and for an extra fee. The property is non-smoking and events are not permitted. Please note: the apartment is on a raised ground floor and not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Shops, restaurants, and shuttles to the slopes are nearby, and the town center is within walking distance.



Bed linen and towels are not included. Cleaning is also not included. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Please leave the apartment as you found it upon arrival.



Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. For arrivals after 8 p.m., an extra fee applies. A security deposit is required for this apartment.
