« Started off with a misleading price. Listing says all fees included and then we were charged a Service Fee and a Cleaning Fee. Then we had no hot water for our entire stay…reached out and it was not fixed. Had to reach out as well during our stay about how every bed had dirty smelly sheets and the owner said he would come out when we “were there” and investigate??? That’s uncomfortable and a huge “no thanks” so we were uncomfortable our entire stay. Kitchen chairs are so disgusting we wouldn’t...

« The downtown location was excellent and convenient for restaurants and other activities. The hosts were responsive and helpful when we contacted them. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. However, 2 days before our month long stay began, we were informed that a major sewer line upgrade project was taking place directly outside the apartment windows. While this was understandably outside the hosts' control, the project had apparently begun in January and our booking was for April 1-30....
