"It’s more of a BnB feel to it very nice quiet."

"Had a lot here to use and The place was very cute. It’s good if you have small kids they have a lot for that sort of thing. Very clean as well"

"Great breakfast and location."

"We enjoyed our stay here."

"Check in was easy, the entire house was spotless, comfortable accommodations. We stayed one night and it was perfect for a stopover."

"I loved this place felt very comfortable it had also had a fun atmosphere"

"Room was clean, staff was polite, parking was easy."

"We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)"

"Very convenient to mt sunapee."

"The place was nice and clean. It is far from places to eat. B&B’s just aren’t what they use to be. No breakfast’s served and no personal contact."

"You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. "

"Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. "

"This property is a good value. I would stay here again."

"We love this place."

"Convenient location, quiet and rural. Accommodations were clean and neat. Nice to have full kitchen for meal prep and snacks."

"It's ok for a pit stop. Overall clean. The floors were not level so we learned to adjust walking in there, not that The bed were"

"Would go back!"
