« The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. He made all of us feel welcome, gave us some good laughs and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. « The room was delightful, spotlessly clean, freshly remodeled. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great TV. Management was friendly and personable. I was there five days and it was peaceful and homey. Sweet little workspace for computers, as well as a table and chairs. This is where I will stay every time I come back to Grants Pass. One hint: bring a power strip or extension cord if you need to plug in electronics »

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
