Great hotel/apartment

The hotel/apartment was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious. We especially appreciated the kitchenette and the helpful receptionists! It is also located in a central location, close to shops, public transportation, restaurants, and other attractions.

Huge and beautifully decorated apartment. Has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Bedroom and storage was massive. We had one of the bigger one bedroom apartments with a large balcony. The area was very nice with lovely restaurants right outside the apartment.

Apartments OK but avoid Macis by all means

Take your own coffee because they only have dreadful coffee in Leipzig AND AVOID the biorestaurant Macis in the same establisment; a total rip-off. I paid far too much and went to the osteria across the road as I was left hungry

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen, aber mit Auto kann es sehr teuer werden. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Nightmare

First let me say that the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location within a few minutes walk from xmas markets. However checking in was a nightmare and without a lot of luck we would have spent the night on the street. I let them know well in advance that we would be arriving very late. Since I did not hear back from them , I assumed there would be somebody there to check us in... no such luck at 1am. Luckily there was a nice young man from the restaurant next door who knew how to contact the manager and let us in. 5-10 minutes later and he would have finished closing restaurant and we were stuck outside with no way to contact manager since we arrived from another country and no EU sim card to use phone. The manager said she sent me an email with check in instructions but I never received it. She did apologize for our ordeal but it was still a very scary experience for my wife and I who just wanted to crash after a very long day. Could I suggest that it is made very clear that no one will be on site after hours and that check in details be sent several days before arrival. Also they could maybe ask for a reply to make sure guests did in fact receive the details...

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem sehr zentral neben dem neuen Rathaus. Küchenzeile mit allem was man brauct vorhanden. Direkt im EG ist eine Bäckerei und Bio-Supermarkt. Das einzige, was für uns nicht optimal war, waren die harten Matratzen.

Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht und ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer im Dachgeschoss (ohne schräge Wände) mit Dachterrasse und Blick über die Dächer von Leipzigs City bewohnt. An Inventar hat nichts gefehlt im Gegenteil, Zi und Bad hatte sehr gutes und gepflegtes Mobiliar - es war alles perfekt. Besonders angenehm waren die kurzen Wege mitten in der City; die Umgebung bot alle Annehmlichkeiten.
