Top Leintwardine Hotel Reviews

England's Gate and Coachhouse

10/10 Excellent

"The room was very clean and comfortable with a good size en-suite. The self-serve continental breakfast is always plentiful and fresh. The location is perfect for exploring the local area and the bonus is the pub with local cider and excellent food options for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. This is our third visit so far this year and we will definitely be back."

The Lowfield Inn

10/10 Excellent

"For us, just a one-night stay, but we arrived about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, to find this is an extremely popular venue for Sunday lunches. The menu continued into the evening and we were able to see why it's so popular. A great meal, and then a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning. The room, facilities and bed were all comfortable and all in all, we had made a good choice in a quiet rural location."

The Salwey Arms

8/10 Good

"The premises is on a busy crossroads with an all night filling station adjacent to our bedroom. Whilst appreciating that they can do nothing about their location it might help to know these matters in case people are disturbed by noise in the night. There was no shower and only a bath which is not our preference. The decor in the restaurant was tired and in need of redecoration but otherwise the staff were very helpful and the food and drink good."

The Lion

10/10 Excellent

"We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A lovely welcome. We had a room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. The Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend."

The Burton Hotel and Cloud Nine

Food in the evening was good, with a good menu choice. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We would stay again if in Kington"

The Radnorshire Arms Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"An old building with historic interest situated in a town with many interesting old building which is well worth a walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meals and Sunday carvery were tasty and specials were explained. A thing to note is that there is no lift so mobility needs to be good to walk up stairs which was not a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year as still much more to explore in the ares"
