Only plug in was a power strip behind the TV that apparently shut off during the night on its own The beds were clean and comfortable For breakfast, we were told when checking in that the breakfast would be next door through the adjoining door in the Lobby. In the morning, even though it was during the breakfast hours we were told, the door was locked. Staff told me they would go through the back and grab us a couple of bagels if we wanted. No"

"This is supposed to be a budget 3-star hotel, so be prepared for some of the worst front desk service imaginable. They require a ridiculous $200 per night incidental deposit at a hotel where rooms cost around $80 a night, and to make things worse, their payment terminal doesn’t even support wireless payments. Bring a physical card, or the staff will immediately tell you to cancel your reservation and still charge you 85% of the booking. When you enter your room, don’t be surprised to find trash bags left behind by housekeeping. If you complain, they’ll ask YOU to throw them away and offer nothing more than a quick apology. I’m not speaking about every hotel in this chain — I’m talking about this specific location. Be careful before booking here."
