Grand Piquey very popular residential area of Pointe aux Chevaux, exceptional location for this villa, completely renovated and full of charm and located within 200 m of the most beautiful beaches of the basin. The villa, semi-detached, overlooking a garden of 1000m2 and offers from the wooden terrace of 35 m2 a beautiful view of the pond. All comfort, 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed child, a double sofa bed), two shower rooms, 2 WC, separate. Large living kitchen, very bright, overlooking beautiful terrace. Outside shower, barbecue. One can walk to local shops of Petit and Grand Piquey (best bakery basin, grocery, tobacco, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy ...). The cycle tracks are 500 m and lead to beautiful ocean beaches in 15 minutes. Cleaning to end of stay by tenants. Sheets not included. Towels however included.

Excellent séjour
Très bien située, la maison est également très bien équipée. Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances en famille. Petit + : les chambres à l'étage inférieur restent fraiches même en cas de forte chaleur.

trés agréable!
Camille nous a bien accueillis et c'était très facile.
La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.
En particulier la terrasse et le salon et la cuisine sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrions.
