"Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable."

"Complicated communication. I had to write to have the room number. The chamber number is not noted in the application of the electronic opening. I was on the street there is no curtain while there are windows in front of. We must close the obscuring curtain. It's a shame the studio is nice and functional. No sponge to clean."

Also, the wifi is not working properly and sometimes connection are very bad. "Overall a nice place in a great location! Corridors are a little creepy and the elevator is tiny but it’s a small hotel so not a problem! Did get woken up by a cleaner/staff banging on the door at 10am without requesting a wake up call but room was clean, modern and safe!"

"Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
